READ.EXE is a tiny and semi-smart ASCII text file browser and scroller.
READ.EXE can be used to display help files for your batch programs. Has
ERROR detection, Help boxes, senses if a file does not exist and tells
you that. Will display an ASCII file up to the limit of near memory
space (about 32000 bytes). Asks you if you wish to display a truncated
version of an overlong text, then displays a percentage of the file.
